Ralph did such a great job with the Task Blue Print that he published (see attached for reference) that when I brought it to one of our manager meetings they started talking about developing the daily tasks for each of the positions in the store.

Before we begin developing on our own, I wanted to check in to see if anyone has the same kind of information for each of the Sales Positions in a dealership--Sales Consultant, Internet Sales Manager, BDC Rep, GSM, ASM, etc.?
