- “How To Use Objective Data to Create Performance Plans and Compensation Models”
“Organizational development is more important than ever before… with many dealers losing staff while cutting costs during difficult economic times of 2008 through 2010, those that are now focused on growing their business need effective strategies, tools and tactics for attracting, screening and hiring the best web and social media savvy sales professionals with the greatest chance of achieving their own personal success, as well as sales productivity for the dealership.
The 3 sessions I will be presenting at DMSC 2013 have been designed to build upon each other by exploring organizational development strategies, recruiting, screening, hiring, training tools and how to design pay plans, as well as the materials and processes that will ensure your success. I firmly believe in the competitive advantage that the right people can provide a dealership and will be showcasing examples of what the most successful dealers in America are using today as a means of increasing success in the use of your most expensive corporate asset… Your employees!
I will be sharing the tools, documents, spreadsheets and workflow process maps used by dealerships across North America to build some of the most successful sales and service departments while providing attendees with examples and a list of the essential “must haves”. Attending my three DMSC sessions will ensure that you know how to grow your customer facing sales and service teams into high performance “digital marketing to revenue realization engines.”
