The Shift Digital solution is designed to identify specific needs within this luxury brands lead management processes in their retail network - providing a custom approach and solving specific needs.  In our decades + of experience, we have found that retail process improvement can only be achieved with the appropriate level of buy-in from both the dealership personnel and the field network. This buy-in is achieved through the core of our engagement strategy via consultative reviews of the retailers CRM and lead management processes.  

 

Our solution serves as a consultative support mechanism to better serve the retail network in executing proper lead handling processes (related to their digital marketing efforts). Our team ensures that every dealership is actively pursuing each sales inquiry and maximizing their marketing investment to create additional sales opportunities for this luxury brand via:

  • CRM and process evaluation
  • Consulting on CRM Tools & Services
  • Engagement & Process Improvement

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:


Shift Digital is looking for in-market dealer representation, experienced in both ecommerce and dealer operations, to optimize individual dealer CRM performance for only this specific luxury OEM. Our Field Engagement Consultants will deliver strategic dealer consulting, planning, and implementation, all designed to optimize the dealers CRM usage and performance in order to maximize their returns. In addition, our Field Engagement Consultants will continually educate this specific luxury OEM’s retailers and field network, providing a consistent resource regarding the constantly evolving ecommerce environment with consistent dealer visits supported by the OEM.

 

  • Digital Education:  Improving the digital marketing acumen of the retail and field channel across all possible digital marketing opportunities.
  • Program Awareness and Communication:  Addresses a common problem at retail in which new program solutions are missed due to an overwhelming volume of communications and retail  employee turnover.
  • Retail Process Improvement:  Manage the performance of retail success through efficient tools and technology.

 

We are seeking talented automotive professionals to work closely with area dealers, field personnel and corporate marketing staff to:

 

  • Communicate all program details, changes and actions required
  • Develop market-specific plans to drive program engagement
  • Identify a performance profile within each targeted dealership
  • Drive consistent in-dealership CRM adoption and utilization
  • Work with retailers to improve CRM response process, and buying-funnel event tracking
  • Drive Lead Management and Response time performance improvements
  • Provide field support for meetings, presentations, seminars, etc.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

We are seeking talented automotive professionals to work closely with area dealers, field personnel and corporate marketing staff of this luxury OEM. Automotive Vendor, OEM, or associated automotive field experience is a must. Candidates must have an understanding of the Digital Landscape including CRM and lead response management.

  • West Coast Travel Required (Orange County, California Area)
