Our company works with your CRM. All leads are sent to us, we will parse the lead to find out what the customer is looking for, and then send it on to your CRM. Once your Auto responder is sent out, we know what rep was assigned the lead. We then send out the Smart Quote based on the rules set up by the dealerships management. Our Smart Quotes are sent out in about 6 minutes and 13 seconds. It's not instant, so that the customer believes that it was actually sent by the sales rep. Yes, there are ILM solutions out there that can help, but again they are still to rigid to help bring the customer in to the store.

I have seen your product and it it's great from a website stand point. However our product takes it to another level, by working with all lead providers. We deposit everything in the dealers CRM/ILM, and quote during normal business hours so that it looks as if a rep just typed it out. We also follow up with the customers when the salesperson and the customer lose contact for more than 72 hours. It's an awesome product and all of our dealers are seeing huge uptick in sales from the moment go.

Stan - First of all I have been selling cars for over 20 years and had been with the internet since day 1. Instant gradification is what we give them. 7 minutes is not long at all. When there done shopping on the site and check their in box, the quotes there. Plus the fact that we don't just give just one price, we give the customer 3options on the new car and we also include any pre-owned vehicle in their inventory that closely matches the vehicle that the customer is requesting info on. This way the customer can self select what they can actually afford.

RedNumbat gives one price what if it's to high? The customer is off the site and on to another dealers site.

BTW - How many dealers are actually using your product? How long have your company been in business? Are you National?
Sunnyvale Toyota gets over a 1000 leads a month and they are closing about 300 deals every month on average using our product suite. Not bad in this economy! We currently have some of the biggest Auto Groups using our product suite and almost all of them have seen up to or over a 50% increase in sales in the Internet Department. Some have seen 90%. If dealers are happy doing things the old fashion way and they're afraid to try something new, I completely understand.

I had been selling cars for over 18 years(10 as an Internet Sales Manager) before coming to this company. When I first saw this product, I just knew that I had to join the team. It's an unbelievable product that brings in results, at least that's what all of our dealers are telling us. When a store goes from 20 units to 30 units or 150 units to 297 units a month, just by using our product, how can you not believe that it will not work even in the best BDC/Internet Sales Departments. I'm sorry but even with a staff of 10 in an Internet Department receiving 500 leads, closing at the national average 10%, that's still 450 prospects that go unsold each month. In six months you have about 2700 people to follow up on in 180 day cycle. It's not possible to truly follow up with everyone of those 2700 customers each month and still give the leads coming in the proper attention. Salesman go for the low lying fruit, the deal that's going to close this week or next. Let's be honest, only a small percentage of salesman will but in the extra effort to follow up for the next six months and even then he/she would need to have a few assistant's to help them.

30% of all leads will buy in over 90 days. We are not making up car buyers to get our dealers results, were keeping their customers from being one of the 9 out of 10 customers that buy down the street.
