ADM serves Car Dealers, Automotive Marketing Pros and Internet Sales Managers

I have some questions reguarding BZ results websites. I have read some reviews that their support is terrible? We are considering switching to them and I would love to hear from others on what their experience has been with BZ.

Looks like your dealerships are being sued by both ADP and BMW. There are vast complaints about your stores online that I suggest everyone check out before buying into this nonsense story.

I cannot see how they would steal your leads and sell them to someone. There was most likely a hack involved. This is a very tight company and they are legitimate as can be.

Some of the good ones don't have longterm contracts... look hard at Dealer.com (growing a little fast, but if you know what you want they will make it happen, support is ok, better than most.. and usually have local reps... some others to look at that aren't as big so you tend to get better attention to detail? As for the tools, there are a number to look at that integrate stuff together well...

I want to know if anyone has looked at Auto Raptor. To me it is a very nice CRM rivaling most out there for half the money. No contracts, no fees, just an Auto Guy that gets it. I will try it next

I have been using BZ for over three years now and have had great service. Heres the deal...no matter what company you use you have to be willing to make your own destiny. I am responsible for the vision for our dealership and have made sure that BZ has been able to provide me with the tools needed to achieve that vision. I do not believe that any one source is the silver bullet to success but I do know that BZ has exceeded my expectations and has been a good partner in advancing our E-Commerce goals. I was a BZ Results customer based on a prior existing contract when i was hired by Courtesy Chevrolet in 2005. I wanted to use other suppliers, and I was able to for multiple web sites and microsites. However, I never got better results than when I used the BZ sites and tools. It is not that they are perfect, it was about me pushing them and asking them to create sites and tools based on the strategies and tactics i wanted to use. They did it better than the dozen or so other suppliers i used, which made it a lot easier for me to accept a job with ADP Dealer Services in 2007 that included the BZ Results team in what I was responsible for.

Today, we are focused on building a new site platform and we have launched a new inventory module that allows individual vehicles to be indexed by Google... We have a new microsite module strategy and our ADP Digital Advertising solutions lead the industry in comprehensive online advertising that drives showroom visitors, phone cals, and oh yeah, a few leads here and there! We are the FIRST automotive digital marketing supplier to implement dealer website visitor re-targeting and behavioral targeted campaign capabilities WITH THE ABILITY TO MEASURE AND TRACK POST-IMPRESSION CAR BUYER ACTIVITIES.

Using proprietary technology that we have licensed from some very heavy duty resources, we can now use a dealership's animated display advertising placed across a network of popular websites to track car buyers across their activities on the web, show different ads based on what they have been doing and then see how they increase their searches for the dealership by the dealer's brand name, after they see the ads we target to them between 4 to 7 times.

All good stuff, and capabilities that I am very proud to have championed and pushed for!

Is BZ Results perfect? Heck no! But the group has over 150 people dedicated towards helping clients sell more cars, and they have the resources that only a $9 Billion company can provide, which a start up does not have access to... Does BZ Results have a perfect track record? Heck no, but they have made a lot of adjustments and changes to improve what they do for dealers, at more reasonable price points.
