Car Dealers, Internet Sales Managers and Interactive Marketing Professionals

Hi All,

Digital signage is one of the fastest growing industries in the world and everyone wants in on it. This whitepaper will educate you on everything you need to know about digital signage. It includes information on why you don't want to just get digital signs from your local best buy.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I'll also be at the JD Power Event in Vegas and can chat with you then! Take a read and then let me know what you think!

Customers are coming into dealerships more educated about the product than dealers! With this type of technology, sales people are one step ahead from thier competitors. How OEMs and dealer groups can strategize thier messaging and product information using this tool is priceless!

If I had this type of technology to use in my sales process when I was a dealer years ago, I wouldn't have to worry about not being knowledgeable enough for my customers. If anything, it would instill confidence in my customers to make an educated purchase decision (its all about empowering your customers, right?).

I have to agree with Carole on this. And the thing is, this lends to the preception of transparancy AND it can be used to further associate recall of OE brand with dealer name.

Every once in awhile, one of the many dealerships I visit has either this system or one like it in their store... Whenever I see this, I am always struck by how much sense it makes to do it, and I recall watching my competitor's TV spots being shown to customers waiting to go into our F&I office while seated in the customer lounge... DOH! Not only that, but I think it classes up the dealership when the programming shown to customers is free from chair throwing sessions of talk show hysteria, and the semi-porn commercials that are sometimes shown on various cable channels. I mean, really, think about how much money dealers pay to air TV spots... Why would you allocate some of that to control what customers and employees see on the TV's in the dealership... And, it amazes me how much customers like to stand in front of a monitor on the showroom and willingly soak up the dealership's commercials and "why by here" stories when it is on a TV screen/
