"NeoSynergy Best Deals" Has anyone else tried this program?

Part of it has to do with some Google Maps plug-in for finding cars, which I personally can't see any consumer using?. AOL already takes listings from dealers without their product, so I don't know how they relate to AOL.

So I don't understand what they do either... their website doesn't even really say.

They said they put cars on aol and google. The guy said that only neosynergy's cars are on aol, but doesn't autotrader put cars on aol, too? Matt, you know how to get my cars on aol for free? How? And I know that anybody can put cars into google base, isn't that right? So what am I paying neosynergy for?

I think AOL gets their inventory from Vast.com which is somewhere we can send exports to via our inventory module and your current provider may as well. I would check with them.

Anyone can send vehicles to Google Base. We do that for our dealers and so does Cars.com, AutoMart.com and a bunch of other places. They all republish listings on there.

If you use iGoogle you can create a custom home page and add gadgets to it. I went on there and searched for "best deals" and I see their special Google tool. It says <100 users use it.

Your AOL integration must be for banner ads then, and not the vehicle listings themselves?

Can you give us a real example to see how this works on AOL?

GoogleBase and Oodle listings are free and Dealer Specialties, VinSolutions, and I'm sure most inventory management companies already send dealer inventory there for free.

I'm sure they use chrome data for MSRP, but there is nobody else feeding actual new car inventory pricing or deals.

Vast is used.

Again, any dealer can create and feed to google base, the tools (like gadgets, mapplets, etc.)....but that's not the point. We make it simple. Sign up with us and all of this happens automatically.

Hi Angela,

First let me explain that we used to offer the service for free if you simply wanted to mail us your printed advertising, or log in and enter your deals manually at your account. We no longer offer this (MotorAlley is an old site that we plan to take down... our new site for directing any traffic such as from google base or oodle is http://bestdeals.neosynergy.net ).

We offered it for free at that basic level to get the amount of deals we have up... thinking that dealers would take advantage of free advertising. However, in order to manipulate the pricing after posting, and push inventory to the system automatically, all of our dealer customers felt the $500/mo fee was a good value.

I'll give you an example of a Nissan dealership using us in LA. They have gotten, for 22 deals they have posted on Best Deals that goes to AOL Autos, Google Base and various Gadgets and Oodle, 1,022 shoppers who viewed their ads and 47 phone calls to their dealership from those ads over the past 30 days alone.

Now compare our advertising price (limitless by the way by way of deals...add as many as you like) to say, printing an advert in the LA Times...there's no comparison. What would that add cost you... $5k for a half page with 22 vehicles in it? And that's a very abstract net they would be casting... with our service these are targeted shoppers.

Anyway...those are just a few thoughts.

Maybe I'm a bit dumb. I read your post above. It refers to an old Motor Alley site which neither Angela nor I are talking about. We are talking about your advertisement on display today, on your main company website? Click it. Look at it. Then please help me understand what it says.
