Automotive Event Description

The ultimate goal of every Dealer is to turn greater profits and increase market share. However, you can’t win without first knowing what you’ve been losing.

CRM & DMS data is incomplete and one-dimensional and only shows the effectiveness of your own sales. But what if you could see into the sales trends of competing dealers or brands in your market? How many customers did you lose within a certain time frame? To which competitors did you lose them?

Make no mistake…YOU HAVE ACCESS TO DATA THAT CONTAINS ALL THE ANSWERS…BUT ARE YOU ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS?

This eye-opening 1 hour webinar will provide dealers with never before seen visibility into market conditions so that missed opportunities can now turn into closed sales. David Metter will show how to use data to successfully grow your market share and reduce/eliminate your losses. Attendees of this insightful presentation will enjoy these key takeaways:

  1. Learn how to define your greatest opportunities and losses tied to a specific lead or traffic source, salesperson, model, day, or zip code.
  2. Identify defection trends of competing stores or brands in your market to reduce lost sales.
  3. Continuously grow your market share by first understanding what you’re losing and why
